🚀 R&D Game Designer (AI Prototyping)
We are looking for a Game Designer to join our R&D team—someone who loves experimenting, validating ideas quickly, and actively leverages AI throughout the development process.
The primary goal of this role is to discover promising game concepts and validate them as fast as possible through playable prototypes, using modern AI-powered tools.
✅ What you will be doing:
Research, generate, and define new mobile game concepts and gameplay mechanics.
Rapidly transform ideas into playable prototypes (MVPs).
Use AI as a core productivity tool to accelerate development:
Generating and evolving gameplay mechanics.
Speeding up prototype creation and iteration cycles.
Creating foundational content such as UI, levels, balancing, and placeholder assets.
Run fast hypothesis-validation loops: build → test → iterate or discard.
Coordinate and centralize the work of AI-powered development functions, including 2D, 3D, and engineering workflows (task management, communication, and prioritization). Act as the driving force behind the studio’s AI initiatives.
Prepare prototypes for internal playtesting and product evaluation.
Analyze testing results and refine game design accordingly.
Maintain clear and concise documentation for prototypes and experiments.
📌 We expect from you:
Experience in mobile game development.
Strong ability to create simple, intuitive, and potentially high-performing gameplay mechanics.
Ability to independently turn concepts into playable prototypes.
Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI agents, automation tools) in day-to-day work, including tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar solutions.
Builder mindset: a passion not only for generating ideas but also for validating them quickly through execution.
Willingness to experiment extensively and abandon unsuccessful hypotheses when necessary.
Strong gaming knowledge and understanding of the mobile gaming market.
