✅ What you will be doing:
Writing concepts, scripts, and technical assignments;
Monitoring the advertising creatives market;
Generating and presenting new concepts and hypotheses;
Managing the internal library of creatives and assets;
Filling in statistics;
Analyzing creative performance;
Preparing reports;
Providing personal and team feedback;
Participating in brainstorms and other creative meetings.
📌 We expect from you:
Understanding of basic advertising metrics;
A portfolio of completed projects based on scripts or original advertising creatives;
Knowledge of mobile advertising trends and game design principles;
Understanding of the advertising creative production cycle;
Ability to clearly structure and present ideas, and visualize them in Miro;
Ability to track personal progress and tasks in a task tracker;
A high level of creativity combined with speed.
Additional advantages:
Experience with mid-core projects;
Experience in motion design;
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop;
Ability to work with Unity Engine.
